| RECIPE FOR FESTIVE TEA SANDWICHES |

Ingredients:
| 0.50 | c | Mayonnaise | | 0.33 | c | Cranberries, fresh/frozen | | | -chopped | | 2.00 | tb | Pecans; chopped | | 0.25 | ts | ;salt | | 0.12 | ts | Pepper | | 16.00 | x | Bread slices; crust removed | | 16.00 | x | Chicken slices, thin | | | -cooked (to 24 slices) | | 8.00 | x | Lettuce leaves |
Instructions: Combine the first five ingredients; spread on one side of each slice of bread.
Layer half the slices with chicken and lettuce.
Top with remaining bread.
Cut into quarters or decorative shapes.
Note: Chive butter may be used in place of the cranberry mayonnaise.
Beat 1/2 cup softened butter or margarine, 1/2 teaspoon of lemon juice and 1/8 teaspoon of pepper until fluffy, stir in 2 tablespoons minced chives.
