Ingredients:
| 2.00 | | Onions, chopped | | 0.33 | c | Butter | | 2.00 | c | Rice, cooked | | 0.50 | c | Cheddar cheese, grated | | 1.00 | c | Mushroom soup | | 2.00 | lb | Broccoli, chopped |
Instructions:
Saute onions in butter and add the remaining ingredients.
Pour into a two quart greased casserole dish.
Bake uncovered for 40 - 45 minutes at 350 degrees.
