| 1.00 | pt | Raw oysters | | 0.25 | lb | Veal | | 0.25 | lb | Suet | | | Bread crumbs | | 1.00 | | Egg, well beaten | | | Salt & pepper to taste |
Instructions: Mix oysters, veal, and suet with bread crumbs and put through a medium cutter of a sausage grinder.
Season with salt and pepper and add beaten egg.
Make into cakes like pork sausage.
