| RECIPE FOR IMPOSSIBLE CHEESEBURGER PIE FOR NUDISTS |
Title: Impossible Cheeseburger Pie For Nudists

Ingredients:
| 1.00 | lb | Ground beef | | 1.50 | c | Chopped onion | | 0.50 | ts | Salt | | 0.25 | ts | Pepper | | 1.50 | c | Milk | | 1.00 | c | Shredded cheddar cheese | | | (about 4 oz.) | | 0.75 | c | Bisquick baking mix | | 3.00 | | Eggs |
Instructions:
Heat oven to 400F.
Lightly grease pie plate, 10 x 1 1/2 inches.
Cook and stir ground beef and onion until beef is brown; drain.
Stir in salt and pepper.
Spread in pie plate; sprinkle with cheese.
Beat remaining ingredients until smooth, 15 seconds in blender on high speed or 1 minute with a hand beater.
Pour into a pie plate.
Bake until golden brown and knife inserted in center comes out clean, about 30 minutes.
Let stand 5 minutes before cutting.
Refrigerate and remaining pie.
