| 2.00 | c | Butternuts, shelled | | 0.50 | c | Olive oil | | | Juice of 1/2 lemon | | | Salt and pepper to taste | | 2.00 | ts | Parsley | | 1.00 | ts | Tarragon |
Instructions: Blend parsley, tarragon and butternuts in a blender.
Add olive oil, seasonings, and lemon juice.
Blend thoroughly on medium speed.
This sauce is a nice dip for cold fish.
