| RECIPE FOR BOURBON MARINATED SMOKED SALMON |
Title: Bourbon Marinated Smoked Salmon

Ingredients:
| 3.00 | lb | Fresh salmon, skinned and | | | -boned | | | Vegetable oil | | 2.00 | c | Bourbon | | 2.00 | c | Soy sauce | | 0.33 | c | Fresh ginger | | 0.33 | c | Black pepper | | 1.00 | ts | Chili powder | | 1.00 | T | Minced garlic | | 1.50 | oz | Sesame oil |
Instructions:
Cover salmon with vegetable oil.
Mix all other ingredients together to make marinade.
Marinade salmon overnight.
Grill over mesquite until flaky.
