Ingredients:
| 3.00 | c | White wine | | 6.00 | T | Butter | | 3.00 | T | Soy sauce | | 1.00 | c | Peanuts, chopped in a blen- | | | Der or food processor | | 3.00 | T | Ground hot red pepper | | 3.00 | | Green onions, chopped |
Instructions:
Mix all the ingredients together in a heavy saucepan.
Bring to the boil and serve hot.
This sauce is also wonderful served with grilled rabbit, but be sure to cut the recipe at least by half.
