| RECIPE FOR FIERY THAI SALSA |
Title: Fiery Thai Salsa Category: Salsa Ethnic Serves: 4
Ingredients:
| 3.00 | c | Cucumbers, chopped seeded | | | -peele | | 1.00 | c | Green onion, chopped | | 0.75 | c | Radishes, chopped | | 0.25 | c | Fresh mint, chopped | | 3.00 | tb | Fresh ginger, minced & | | | -peeled | | 3.00 | tb | Fresh lime juice | | 2.00 | tb | Sugar | | 1.00 | tb | Minced garlic | | 1.00 | ts | Minced garlic | | 1.50 | ts | Sesame chili oil |
Instructions: Combine all ingredients in large bowl.
Season with salt.
Cover and refrigerate until juicy, about 1 hour.
Stir before serving cold.
