Ingredients:
| 4.00 | c | Pumpkin puree | | 4.00 | c | Sugar | | 1.00 | ts | Salt | | 2.00 | ts | Cinnamon | | 1.00 | ts | Nutmeg | | 6.00 | | Eggs, lightly beaten | | 4.00 | c | Milk | | 1.00 | c | Light cream | | 1.00 | tb | Vanilla | | | Pastry for 3 9-inch pie | | | -shells | | | Whipped cream & chopped nuts | | | -for garnish |
Instructions:
Combine pumpkin, sugar, salt, cinnamon and nutmeg.
Blend in eggs, milk, cream and vanilla.
Pour into pie shells and bake at 400F for 50 minutes, or until firm.
Cool on a rack.
Garnish with whipped cream and chopped walnuts.
