| RECIPE FOR CABBAGE SLAW |
Title: Cabbage Slaw
Serves: 1
Ingredients:
| 1.00 | md | Head cabbage(about 2-1/2 | | | -pounds) | | 1.00 | | Carrot | | 1.00 | c | Mayonnaise | | 2.00 | tb | Milk | | 2.00 | tb | Vinegar | | 3.00 | tb | Sugar | | 1.00 | ts | Salt | | 0.50 | ts | Pepper | | 0.50 | ts | Celery seed |
Instructions:
In a food processor or by hand, coarsely chop the cabbage and carrot.
In a small bowl, combine the mayonnaise, milk, vinegar, sugar, salt, pepper and celery seed.
Stir into the cabbage mixture.
Chill until serving.
Yield: 6 servings.
