Ingredients:
| 1.00 | tb | Plus 1 teaspoon veg. oil | | 0.50 | c | Chopped onions | | 0.67 | c | Bulgur, uncooked | | 1.33 | c | Water | | 0.50 | ts | Paprika | | 1.00 | tb | Dried parsley flakes | | ts | Dried thyme | | 0.25 | ts | Dried oregano |
Instructions: Heat oil in a small saucepan over medium heat.
Add onions an bulgur.
Cook 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
Stir in remaining ingredients and bring to a boil.
Cover, reduce heat to low, and simmer 15 minutes, until water has been absorbed.
Fluff with a fork before serving.
