| RECIPE FOR BUFFALO CHICKEN WINGS (KIKKOMAN) |
Title: Buffalo Chicken Wings (kikkoman)
Serves: 4
Ingredients:
| 30.00 | | Chicken drumettes; OR... | | 20.00 | | -Chicken wings | | | -- (tips discarded) | | 3.00 | tb | Kikkoman Lite Soy Sauce | | 2.00 | tb | Tabasco pepper sauce | | 0.75 | c | Light sour cream | | 2.00 | tb | Minced green onions | | 1.00 | ts | Kikkoman Lite Soy Sauce |
Instructions:
Rinse chicken and pat dry; place in large plastic bag with mixture of lite soy sauce and pepper sauce.
Press air out of bag; close top securely.
Refrigerate 15 minutes, turning bag over occasionally.
Reserving marinade, place chicken, side by side, on large rack on foil-lined baking sheet.
Bake in 425 F.
oven 25 minutes.
Turn chicken over, baste with reserved marinade and bake 25 minutes longer.
Serve with Light Onion Dip.
LIGHT ONION DIP: Blend 3/4 cup light sour cream, 2 Tbsp.
minced green onions and 1 teaspoon Kikkoman Lite Soy Sauce.
Makes 4 to 6 appetizer servings.
