| 8.00 | | Eggs; Lg,HardCooked, Chopped | | 2.00 | c | Cheddar; Sharp, Shredded | | 1.00 | c | Green Bell Pepper; Chopped | | 3.00 | tb | Onion; Grated | | 0.67 | c | Milk; Evaporated | | 3.00 | tb | Mustard; Prepared | | 1.50 | ts | Salt | | 0.25 | ts | Pepper | | 3.00 | | Sandwich Buns Or Rolls; * |
Instructions: * The buns or rolls should be split, toasted and buttered.
+++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ ++++++++++++++ +++ Combine the eggs, cheddar, green pepper, onion, evaporated milk, mustard, salt and pepper.
Spread each bun with about 1/4 cup of the egg mixture.
Broil about 5 inches from the heat source until hot and cheese is melted, about 5 minutes.
Serve hot.
