| 1.25 | c | Sugar | | 0.50 | c | Butter | | 0.67 | c | Milk | | 2.00 | c | Pastry Flour | | 2.00 | ts | Baking Powder | | 1.00 | ts | Vanilla | | 0.25 | ts | Salt | | 3.00 | | Eggs |
Instructions:
Cream butter and sugar.
Add milk, then flour sifted with the baking powder and salt.
Add vanilla.
Add eggs (unbeaten) one at a time and beat each one thoroughly into the mixture.
Bake for 45 min at 375 deg.
