Instructions: Prepare one-egg cake batter.
Cover the bottom of shallow cake pan with waxed paper.
Cover with 2 tablespoons melted butter, pineapple or other cooked fruit.
Cover with cake batter.
Bake in moderate oven (375 F) 30 minutes.
Serve with whipped cream.
