| RECIPE FOR UNCOOKED BROWNIES |
Title: Uncooked Brownies
Serves: 2
Ingredients:
| 1.00 | | Butter | | 0.33 | c | Sugar | | 0.33 | c | Cocoa | | 1.00 | ts | Vanilla | | 1.00 | | Egg (slightly beaten) | | 2.00 | c | Graham cracker crumbs | | 1.00 | c | Shredded coconut | | 0.50 | c | Nuts (chopped) | | 2.00 | tb | Instant vanilla pudding | | 3.00 | tb | Milk | | 2.00 | c | Confectioners' sugar | | 4.00 | oz | Chocolate chips |
Instructions:
Melt 1/2 cup butter in a saucepan; blend in sugar.
Add cocoa, vanilla, egg, cracker crumbs, coconut and walnuts.
Press into 9 x 9 or 9 x 13-inch pan.
Chill, if desired.
Cream 1/4 cup butter; blend in instant pudding.
Add milk and confectioners' sugar.
Spread over crumb mixture and chill about 1 hour.
Melt chocolate and 1 tablespoon butter.
Spread over chilled mixture and chill.
Yield: 2 dozen.
