Ingredients:
0.25cTamari
2.00tbMirin or sherry
0.25cPineapple juice
1.00tbFresh ginger, grated
2.00Garlic cloves; minced
1.00pnRed pepper flakes
4.00Tempeh burgers

2.00cFresh pineapple, diced
0.25cRed onion, diced
0.25cGreen bell pepper, diced
0.50Tomato; seeded, diced
1.00Garlic clove; minced
1.00Jalapeno pepper
-- seeded, minced
2.00tbFresh cilantro, minced
0.50tsGround coriander seed
0.25tsGround cumin
0.12tsSalt
---------PINEAPPLE SALSA ---------

Instructions:
To make marinade, combine tamari, mirin, pineapple juice, ginger, garlic and red pepper flakes in a shallow baking dish.
Place tempeh burgers in marinade and set aside 15 minutes.
Turn burgers occasionally to coat with marinade.
Combine pineapple, red onion, green pepper, tomato, garlic, jalapeno, cilantro and spices in a small bowl.
Refrigerate until serving time.
Remove tempeh burgers from marinade and grill over medium-hot coals 5 minutes each side.
Serve immediately with Pineapple Salsa.
