| RECIPE FOR TACO BEEF |

Ingredients:
| 1.00 | lb | Ground Beef | | 1.00 | c | Fresh Salsa | | 0.50 | ts | Chili Powder | | 0.25 | ts | Cumin | | | Salt & Pepper To Taste |
Instructions: In large skillet, brown beef.
Drain.
Stir in salsa, chili powder and cumin.
Bring to a boil.
Reduce heat to low; simmer 10 minutes or until liquid is absorbed, stirring occasionally.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
Use beef mixture for tacos, tostadas or taco salads.
Makes 2-1/2 cups.
