Title: Bean Dip A La Dr. Pepper
Serves: 2
Ingredients:
| 1.00 | | Can Red Kidney Beans, drain | | 3.00 | tb | Tomato Paste | | 2.00 | tb | Oil | | 1.00 | ts | Salt | | 0.25 | ts | Black Pepper | | 1.00 | | Clove Garlic, minced | | 0.50 | c | Dr. Pepper | | 4.00 | oz | Can Green Chilies, drained | | 1.00 | ts | Worcestershire Sauce | | 1.00 | c | Sharp Cheddar, shredded | | | Crisp Chopped Bacon |
Instructions:
Combine all ingredients except the last 2 in saucepan; heat to boiling.
Pour into blender or electric mixer; add cheese.
Blend on high speed until well mixed.
Pour into warmer dish; cover with bacon.
Serve with chips, crackers.
