| RECIPE FOR RAISIN FUDGE |

Ingredients:
| 2.00 | tb | Butter or butter substitute | | 2.00 | c | Sugar | | 0.25 | c | Molasses | | 0.50 | c | Evaporated milk | | 2.00 | | Squares chocolate | | 2.00 | tb | Raisins | | 0.50 | c | Chopped nuts | | 1.00 | ts | Vanilla |
Instructions: Melt butter; add sugar, milk, molasses, and chocolate.
Heat gently and stir until chocolate is melted.
Bring to the boiling point and boil to soft ball stage (234 - 238 F).
Remove from fire.
Cool to room temperature.
Beat until creamy.
Add raisins, nuts, and flavoring.
Continue beating until mixture will hold its shape.
Pour into well-buttered pan.
Cut in squares.
