Ingredients:
| 175.00 | g | Chinese egg noodles | | 1.50 | tb | Vegetable oil | | 0.50 | | Garlic clove, sliced/peeled | | 0.50 | | Chopped onion | | 1.00 | | Sliced carrot | | 0.50 | | Green pepper, diced | | 0.50 | tb | Soy sauce | | 0.50 | tb | Sesame oil | | 1.00 | tb | Peanuts |
Instructions: 1.
Cook the noodles in boiling water for 7 minutes.
Drain well.

Heat the oil in a wok and stir fry the garlic and ginger for 1 minute.
Add the onion and stir fry for 2-3 minutes.
Add the pepper, and carrot and stir fry for 2-3 minutes.
3.
Add the noodles and cook for 2-3 minutes.
Stir in the soy sauce and sesame oil and sprinkle with the peanuts.
Serve.
