| RECIPE FOR NAPLES VALLEY CHICKEN |

Ingredients:
| 4.00 | tb | Margarine | | 6.00 | | Boneless Chicken Breasts | | 0.50 | lb | Fresh Mushrooms, Sliced | | 0.50 | c | Onion, Chopped | | 1.00 | c | Dry White Wine | | 1.00 | c | Chicken Bouillon | | 1.00 | tb | Parsley, Chopped | | | Garlic Powder | | 1.50 | ts | Oregano | | 1.00 | ts | Salt | | | Pepper | | 4.00 | tb | Flour | | 0.50 | c | Water |
Instructions:
Brown chicken breasts in melted margarine, remove and set aside.
Saute mushrooms & onions in the same pan until tender.
Return chicken to pan.
Add wine, bouillon, parsley, garlic powder, oregano, salt & pepper.
cover chicken and simmer 40 minutes.
Remove chicken.
Blend flour & water into pan juices.
Stir until thickened.
Return chicken to pan.
Heat through or refrigerate until serving time, then reheat.
