Ingredients:
| 2.00 | | Eggs, slightly beaten | | 1.00 | cn | (16 oz) Libby's Solid Pack | | | Pumpkin | | 0.75 | c | Sugar | | 0.50 | ts | Salt | | 1.00 | ts | Ground cinnamon | | 0.50 | ts | Ground ginger | | 0.25 | ts | Ground cloves | | 1.00 | cn | (13 fl oz) evaporated milk | | 1.00 | | 9-inch unbaked pie shell |
Instructions:

Preheat oven to 425°F.
Mix filling ingredients in order given.
Pour into pastry shell.
Bake at 425°F for 15 minutes.
Reduce temperature to 350°F and continue baking for 45 minutes or until a knife inserted into center of pie filling comes out clean.
Cool.
Top with whipped cream.
