Recipe for Libby's Famous Homemade Pumpkin Pie

2.00		Eggs,slightly beaten
0.25	ts	Ground cloves
1.75	c	(16 oz) solid pack pumpkin
0.75	c	Sugar
0.50	ts	Salt
1.00	ts	Ground cinnamon
0.50	ts	Ground ginger
1.50	c	Milk, evaporated 12 oz
1.00		9" unbaked pie crust
1.00	pk	Ready-whip topping

Instructions:
Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
Combine filling ingredients in order given;pour into pie shell.
Bake 15 minutes.
Reduce temperature to 350 degrees.
Bake an additional 45 minutes or until knife inserted near center comes out clean.
Cool;garnish with ready-whip topping.
