| RECIPE FOR LAMB CHOP CHILI |

Ingredients:
| 0.25 | c | Diced onions | | 0.25 | c | Diced red peppers | | 0.50 | c | Diced tomatoes | | 0.50 | c | Tomato puree | | 0.25 | c | Chili sauce | | 3.00 | tb | Paprika | | 3.00 | tb | Chili powder | | 2.00 | ts | Minced garlic | | 0.50 | ts | Black pepper | | 1.50 | c | Ground lamb | | 0.50 | ts | Salt | | 16.00 | oz | Tomato juice | | 1.00 | ds | Of tabasco | | 1.00 | ds | Worcestershire sauce |
Instructions:
1.
In a large soup pot saute lamb, onions and peppers until the meat is browned (Drain excess fat) 2.
Add chili sauce, paprika, tomato puree, garlic, chili powder, and tomato juice.
Simmer 1 hour then add salt, pepper, tabasco and worcestershire.
Add diced tomatoes.
Consistency should be slightly thick when finished.
For serving, place 4 oz.
chili on a 10"" plate then saute or broil (2) 4 oz.
lamb chops w/long bones, then place over chili with the bones criss crossed.
