Ingredients:
| 0.50 | c | Sugar | | 0.25 | c | Brown sugar | | 0.38 | c | Corn sirup | | 0.50 | c | Chopped raisins | | | Few grains salt | | 0.38 | c | Evaporated milk | | 2.00 | tb | Butter or butter substitute | | 1.00 | ts | Any flavoring | | 0.50 | c | Chopped nuts | | 0.50 | c | Coconut |
Instructions:
Combine sugar, sirup, milk, and salt.
Boil to hard ball stage (265 - 270 F).
Add butter, flavoring, chopped nuts, raisins, and coconut.
Pour into well-buttered pan.
When cold cut into long narrow bars.
