| 0.25 | lb | Jicama, Peeled & Finely | | | Chopped | | 0.25 | c | Frozen Whole Corn, Thawed | | | & Drained | | 0.50 | c | Chopped Tomato | | 2.00 | tb | Chopped Green Pepper | | 1.00 | tb | Chopped Black Olives | | 1.00 | tb | Cider Vinegar | | 1.50 | ts | Commercial Picante Sauce | | 1.00 | ts | Vegetable Oil |
Instructions: Combine All Ingredients in A Small Mixing Bowl; Mix Well.
Cover & Let Stand Several Hours.
Serve At Room Temperature.
Refrigerate Remaining Relish.
