Ingredients:
| 0.50 | c | Green onions;chopped | | 1.00 | tb | Butter | | 1.00 | pk | Spinach; thaw & drain | | 0.50 | c | Cottage cheese | | 1.00 | c | Milk | | 0.50 | c | Bisquick | | 3.00 | | Eggs | | 1.00 | ts | Lemon juice | | 0.25 | ts | Pepper | | 3.00 | tb | Parmesan cheese | | 0.25 | ts | Nutmeg |
Instructions:
Layer spinach, onions and cottage cheese in greased dish.
Put rest in Blender.
Pour over cheese.
Bake at 350 for 35-45 min until tests clean with knife.
