| RECIPE FOR IMPOSSIBLE CARAMEL- CUSTARD PIE |

Ingredients:
| 2.00 | c | Milk | | 0.25 | c | Butter; melted | | 4.00 | | Eggs | | 1.00 | ts | Vanilla extract | | 1.00 | c | Brown sugar; firmly packed | | 0.50 | c | Bisquick baking mix | | 0.50 | c | Flaked coconut; (optional) |
Instructions: Combine all ingredients except coconut in a blender; blend at high speed for 15 seconds or until smooth.
Pour into a greased 10-inch pie plate.
Sprinkle coconut on top, if desired.
Bake at 350^ for 40 to 45 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
Cool completely before cutting.
YIELD: 1 10-inch pie.
