Ingredients:
| 1.50 | c | Sugar | | 1.00 | c | Buttermilk | | 0.50 | c | Bisquick | | 0.33 | c | Melted butter | | 1.00 | ts | Vanilla | | 3.00 | x | Eggs |
Instructions:
Heat oven to 350.
Grease pie plate.
Beat all ingredients until smooth, 30 seconds in the blender on high, or 1 minute with hand beater.
Pour into pie plate.
Bake until knife inserted in center comes out clean, about 30 minutes.
Cool 5 minutes.
Serve with fresh fruit, if desired.
