Ingredients:
| 6.00 | | Bacon slices, cut in half | | 2.00 | tb | Butter | | 3.00 | tb | Flour | | 0.25 | ts | Pepper | | 0.50 | c | Turkey or chicken broth | | 0.50 | c | Milk | | 0.33 | c | Parmesan cheese | | 12.00 | | Slices cooked turkey, heated | | 6.00 | | Tomato slices | | 1.00 | | Paprika |
Instructions:
1.
Microcook bacon.
2.
Put butter in 4 cup glass measure, microcook on high 30-45 seconds.
Blend in flour and pepper, gradually stir in broth and milk.
Microcook on high 3-4 minutes, stirring each minute.
Stir in cheese, microcook on high 2 minutes.
3.
Toast 1 slice bread for each sandwich.
4.
Arrange sandwich: Toast, turkey, tomato, bacon, sauce, then sprinkle lightly with paprika.
