| RECIPE FOR OVEN SALMON CAKES |
Title: Oven Salmon Cakes
Serves: 1
Ingredients:
| 1.25 | c | Ritz crackers, crushed coars | | 1.00 | | Egg, slightly beaten | | 2.00 | tb | Parsley, snipped | | 2.00 | tb | Green onion, sliced | | 2.00 | tb | Milk | | 0.12 | ts | Pepper | | 0.12 | ts | Worcestershire sauce | | 16.00 | oz | Salmon, drained and flaked | | 1.00 | c | Sharp cheese, shredded | | 1.00 | tb | Butter |
Instructions:
Combine 3/4 cup cracker crumbs, egg, parsley, onion, milk, pepper and worcestershire sauce.
Add salmon and cheese; mix.
Shape into 4 patties.
Mix butter with remaining crumbs and coat patties with mixture.
Place on ungreased baking sheet.
Bake at 400 degrees for 10 minutes.
