| 6.00 | c | Chicken stock | | 2.00 | c | Cooked ham; diced | | 2.00 | c | Potatoes; cubed | | 8.00 | sm | Onions | | 1.00 | c | Corn | | 1.00 | c | Cut green beans | | 1.00 | c | Lima beans | | 1.00 | c | Canned tomatoes | | 2.00 | | Stalks celery w/leaves; chop | | 1.00 | tb | Parsley; minced | | 1.00 | ts | Salt | | 0.50 | ts | Pepper | | 1.00 | | Bay leaf |
Instructions:
Combine all ingredients in crockpot.
Cover and cook on LOW for 6 to 8 hours, or on HIGH for 3 to 4 hours.
Serve in heated soup bowls garnished with chopped fresh parsley.
