| RECIPE FOR HAM AND CHEESE STRATA |

Ingredients:
| 12.00 | sl | White bread | | 1.50 | c | Cheddar cheese, shredded (6 | | | -oz.) | | 10.00 | oz | Frozen chopped broccoli, | | | -thawed | | | And well drained | | 1.00 | c | Ham, chopped | | 8.00 | oz | Philadelphia cream cheese, | | | -softened | | 3.00 | | Eggs | | 1.00 | c | Milk | | 0.50 | ts | Dry mustard |
Instructions:
Place six bread slices on bottom of 12x8"" baking dish.
Cover with 1 cup of the cheddar cheese, broccoli, ham and remaining bread slices, cut in half diagonally.
Beat cream cheese until light and fluffy.
Add eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
Blend in milk and mustard; pour over bread.
Top with remaining cheddar cheese.
Bake at 350 degrees for 45 to 50 minutes or until set.
Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
