| RECIPE FOR HAM & CORN CUSTARD |
Title: Ham & Corn Custard

Ingredients:
| 2.00 | tb | Onion,minced | | 1.00 | tb | Ham drippings | | 3.00 | | Eggs,beaten | | 1.00 | c | Milk | | 1.00 | c | Ham,diced,cooked | | 1.00 | c | Corn,whole kernel,well-drain | | 1.00 | tb | Parsley,minced | | 0.25 | ts | Salt | | 1.00 | ds | Pepper |
Instructions:
1.
Saute onion in drippings until tender.
2.
Beat eggs in a bowl; add milk, ham, corn, parsley and seasonings.
3.
Stir in onions.
4.
Pour mixture into a buttered 1-quart casserole.
5.
Bake in preheated 350'F.
oven 30 to 40 minutes, or until custard is firm.
