Ingredients:
| 2.00 | lb | To 3 lb chicken wings | | 1.50 | ts | Salt | | 7.00 | tb | Cornstarch | | 2.00 | | Cloves garlic, minced | | 4.00 | tb | Flour | | 2.00 | | Eggs | | 5.00 | tb | Soy sauce | | 4.00 | tb | Sugar | | 1.00 | tb | Toasted sesame seeds | | 2.00 | | Green onions, chopped | | | Oil for frying |
Instructions:
Mix all ingredients except oil and chicken.
Add chicken to mixture and marinate overnight in the refrigerator, turning occasionally to coat.
Deep fry until golden brown.
