Title: Fast Meat Loaf Patties
Serves: 8
Ingredients:
| 2.00 | lb | Ground beef | | 0.50 | c | Catsup | | 0.50 | c | Diced onions | | 0.50 | c | Oat meal | | 0.50 | c | Milk | | 1.00 | | Egg | | 0.50 | ts | Celery salt | | 0.50 | ts | Garlic salt | | 1.00 | | Dash salt & pepper |
Instructions:
Mix into patties of desired size (at least 1/2 inch thick).
Place to short strips of bacon on top and bake @ 375 degrees for about 25 minutes.
