| RECIPE FOR CREAMY FRUIT ICE MILK |

Ingredients:
| 4.00 | c | Chopped Fruit * | | 0.50 | c | Skim Milk | | 1.00 | tb | Lemon Or Lime Juice | | 1.00 | tb | Honey Or Maple Syrup | | 1.00 | ts | Almond Extract |
Instructions: * Peaches, mangoes, papayas and nectarines work especially well.
~------------------------------------------------------------------------- If the fruit is perfectly ripe you may not need the sweetener.
In blender or food processor, puree all ingredients until smooth.
Place in a medium bowl and chill for 1 hour.
Transfer to an ice-cream maker and freeze according to manufacturer's directions.
Serve immediately.
