Ingredients:
| 1.00 | | Onions | | 2.00 | | Garlic | | 2.00 | tb | Oil | | 2.00 | c | Canned tomatoes | | 4.00 | c | Chicken broth | | 1.00 | ts | Salt | | 1.00 | ts | Pepper | | 1.00 | tb | Oregano |
Instructions: Servings: 2 Chop onion and crush garlic.
Cook in oil until wilted.
Add tomatoes and press through strainer.
Mix with broth and bring to a boil.
Season to taste with salt, pepper and oregano.
Heat the chiles in boiling sauce for about five minutes.
