| RECIPE FOR CHICKEN WITH LEMON DILL SAUCE |
Title: Chicken With Lemon Dill Sauce

Ingredients:
| 2.00 | | Chicken breasts | | 1.00 | | Stick (8 tbsp.) unsalted | | | -butter, softened | | 0.50 | c | Chopped dill | | 3.00 | | Or 4 - cloves garlic, minced | | | Juice of 1 lemon |
Instructions:
Preheat broiler.
Put all ingredients, except chicken, in a blender and puree.
Spread sauce over chicken breasts and broil, turning once or twice and brushing again with the sauce, until chicken is done, about 13 - 17 minutes, and skin is crisp.
Serves 2.
