Ingredients:
| 2.00 | | Chicken Breasts, split | | 1.00 | tb | Oil | | 1.00 | tb | Dijon Mustard | | 1.00 | tb | Soy Sauce | | 4.00 | | Leeks, white and light green | | | -part, sliced | | | Freshly Ground pepper |
Instructions: Prepare chicken.
Combine oil, mustard, and soy sauce in a large frying pan or dutch oven.
Heat.
Place chicken breasts, skin side down, in frying pan.
Scatter leeks on top.
Generously sprinkle with pepper, cover and cook over low heat 30 minutes.
