Ingredients:
| 1.00 | | 6 oz pkg. chocolate chips | | 2.00 | ts | Vanilla | | 2.00 | c | Dried cherries | | 0.25 | c | Light corn | | 2.00 | tb | Confectioners sugar syrup |
Instructions:
Cherry Chocolate Clusters Combine chips and syrups in the top of a double boiler.
Stir until chocolate is melted.
Remove from heat and add vanilla, sugar and cherries.
Drop by spoonfulls on a buttered cookie sheet.
Chill.
