Ingredients:
| 3.00 | oz | Cream cheese; softened | | 1.00 | cn | Sweetened condensed milk | | 2.00 | c | Half & half | | 2.00 | c | Whipping cream, unwhipped | | 1.00 | tb | Vanilla | | 0.50 | ts | Almond extract | | 17.00 | oz | Dark sweet cherries; pitted | | | - well drained -OR- | | 10.00 | oz | Maraschino cherries; drained | | | - chopped |
Instructions:
In large mixer bowl, beat cream cheese until fluffy.
Gradually add sweetened condensed milk until smooth.
Add remaining ingredients; mix well.
Pour into ice cream freezer container.
Freeze according to manufacturer's directions.
Makes 1-1/2 quarts.
