Title: Cheesy Chicken Meatballs

Ingredients:
| 1.00 | lb | Ground chicken | | 2.00 | tb | Minced onion | | 2.00 | | Cloves garlic minced | | 2.00 | tb | Ricotta cheese | | 2.00 | tb | Grated Parmesan | | 1.00 | oz | Grated Fontina cheese | | 1.00 | tb | Ketchup | | 1.00 | ts | Chopped fresh basil | | 1.00 | tb | Chopped fresh parsley | | 1.00 | | Beaten egg | | 2.00 | tb | Seasoned breadcrumbs |
Instructions:
Mix all ingredients and form into 24 meatballs.
Roll in an additional 1/2 cup of grated Parmesan, 1 ts ground fennel and 1/2 cup seasoned bread crumbs.
Pan-fry until browned and firm.
