| RECIPE FOR CABBAGE IN DUTCH STYLE |

Ingredients:
| 1.00 | c | Cabbage (boiled) | | 1.00 | ts | Salt | | 2.00 | tb | Butter | | | Ds Pepper | | | Ds Paprika | | 0.50 | ts | Worcestershire Sauce | | 1.00 | c | Mashed Potatoes | | 4.00 | sl | Bacon (crisp) |
Instructions:
Chop the cabbage and place in frying pan with the butter, seasonings, and Worcestershire sauce.
Stir until heated through.
Add the potato and mix well.
Press into a greased mold and steam for 1/2 hour.
turn out on a hot platter and surround with tomatoes sauce.
Garnish with the bacon.
