| RECIPE FOR BULGOGI (MARINATED SIRLOIN STEAK) |

Ingredients:
| 1.00 | lb | Sirloin Steak (cut into thin | | | -strips) | | 2.00 | tb | Sesame Oil | | 2.00 | tb | Cooking Sherry | | 2.00 | tb | Sugar | | 0.33 | c | Soy Sauce | | 1.00 | lg | Onion | | 2.00 | | Or 3 Cloves Garlic | | 1.00 | ts | Pepper |
Instructions: Mince garlic and chop onion (finely).
Mix all ingredients with the steak strips.
Let marinate for 1 hour room temp.
or 2 hours refrigerated.
Broil until done to your liking.
Serve over rice.
It says it makes 4 servings, but it's never enough for us.
I always double it.
