RECIPE FOR BROILED TOMATOES WITH FETA CHEESE
Title: Broiled Tomatoes With Feta Cheese
Category: Vegetarian Side Dish
Serves: 4

Ingredients:
3.00lgRipe, firm tomatoes
- sliced about 1/2" thick
4.00ozFeta cheese
0.50tbChopped marjoram
Fruity olive oil
Freshly ground pepper

Instructions:
REHEAT BROILER.
Overlap the tomatoes in a large baking dish.
Crumble the cheese over them, add half the marjoram and drizzle oil over the top.
Place the dish a few inches below the heat source and broil until the cheese is melted and starting to color, about 7 minutes.
Remove, drizzle a little more oil over the top, add the rest of the marjoram, season with pepper and serve.
