Ingredients:
| 2.00 | | Eggs | | 1.00 | c | Undiluted evaporated milk | | 0.75 | c | Sugar | | 1.00 | ts | Vanilla | | 1.00 | c | Blueberries | | | Snow, new-fallen is best |
Instructions:
Beat eggs, add milk, sugar and vanilla.
Fold in snow until the mix has the consistency of (surprise) ice cream! Fold in the berries.
You might have to place it in the freezer for a bit to get the consistency right.
