| RECIPE FOR CHEESY BROILED FLOUNDER |
Title: Cheesy Broiled Flounder Serves: 4
Ingredients:
| 2.00 | lb | Flounder or white fish | | 2.00 | tb | Lemon juice | | 0.50 | c | Parmesian cheese | | 0.25 | c | Butter, softened | | 3.00 | tb | Mayonnaise | | 3.00 | | Green onions, chopped | | 0.25 | ts | Salt | | 1.00 | | Dash of hot sauce |
Instructions: Place fillets in a single layer on a greased, shallow oven-to-table type broiler pan; brush with lemon juice.
Combine next 6 ingredients in a small bowl and set aside.
Broil fillets 4 to 6 minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork.
Remove from oven; spread with cheese mixture.
Broil an additional 30 seconds or until cheese is lightly browned and bubbly.
Garnish with lemon twists and parsley if desired.
