| RECIPE FOR BEAN BARLEY & SAUSAGE SOUP |

Ingredients:
| 1.00 | lb | Kidney beans, dry | | 1.00 | pk | Smoked Polish sausage,sliced | | 1.00 | tb | Salt | | 1.75 | qt | Water | | 1.00 | c | Barley, regular | | 2.00 | x | Garlic cloves; peeled | | | Parsely sprigs |
Instructions: Put rinsed beans in large saucepan.
Add water, cover and let stand overnight.
Drain off water the next day.
Put beans, barley and remaining ingredients into a crock pot.
Stir.
Cover and cook on high for 4 hours.
